Milo is our Head of Performance and also dog-dad to our Barketing Manager Maggie (recruitment runs in the family!) 🐶 It’s his six year work anniversary today, and we don’t know where we’d be without either of them. 🔥

Milo came to us six years ago with a business degree, no recruitment experience and a whole lot of enthusiasm. He’s worked so hard to get to where he is today and we really can’t imagine our office without him in it. 💌

Today we are celebrating one year of Jake and Lochie! 🤩

A year ago today they started their ISL Talent journey and we haven’t looked back since.

They came to us with no recruitment experience, but have worked so hard to dive into the world of recruitment and have accomplished so much.

Today is so we took our team for lunch to spend some quality time together, take a break from the office and get the conversations flowing.

But it's important we prioritise mental wellbeing every day, not just today.

At ISL Talent, we’ve put several practices in place to support our team with their mental wellbeing, including:

🧠 5 qualified Mental Health First Aiders in our team, equipped to spot the signs of people experiencing poor mental health, and able to signpost towards the appropriate support.

💙 A personal Heka allowance, enabling our team to invest in things that benefit their mental or physical wellbeing.

⌛ A 4.5 day working week and flexible hours.

🐶 2 beautiful office dogs (always on hand for sup-paw-t)!
