The whole Hunter company enjoyed a great day at our H1 Sales Conference last week.
It was a brilliant opportunity to bring the team together, reflect on the first half of the year, and look ahead with real focus and energy.
The day started with a company overview from MD Russell Smith, setting the scene around our vision, values, mission and culture - everything that continues to shape who we are and how we work.
From there, the teams spent time looking at their own identity and behaviours, sharing what makes them strong, what they want to build on, and how they can continue to support each other and our clients in the second half of the year.
It was great to hear updates and reflections from across the business with plenty of honest discussion, ideas and collaboration throughout the day.
We finished with a team activity, thanks to ACF Teambuilding & Events for supporting us, it was a perfect way to round off a day focused on connection, performance and shared ambition.
A big thank you to everyone who contributed, presented, challenged, listened and got involved. Another big thank you to Gloucestershire Cricket for hosting us for another year!
