A massive happy 6 years to our girl ! 💛
From joining 5Values as our first in-house marketing hire and starting out as an apprentice, to becoming Marketing Manager and helping build an entire media business!! What a journey
Over the last six years, Katie has played such a huge part in shaping the 5Values brand and bringing so many of our biggest ideas to life.
From launching The IoT Podcast, to building initiatives like Innovation Movers & Shakers, Women in Deep Tech and Career Edge, Katie has helped turn what started as a small internal marketing function into what we now know as 5V Media.
She’s worked with some incredible people and brands along the way, led countless projects, supported major events and helped grow a brilliant team around her.
Now, in her role as Marketing Manager, Katie is stepping into the next stage of that journey, leading, mentoring and supporting Steph and Emilia as they continue to grow within the team too.
It’s such a full circle moment from starting out as an apprentice herself to now being in a position where she can help develop the next generation of talent around her.
But beyond everything she’s achieved professionally, Katie is also such a massive part of the culture here at 5Values. Her creativity, energy, ambition and passion for what she does are felt across the whole business.
Six years of growth, ideas, risks, lessons, achievements and plenty of memories along the way.
