Meet Corey Spencer - the face behind the business 👀

Every business thrives because of its people - and that’s where Spencer HR Solutions comes in. I’m Corey Spencer, Founder & Director and my passion for HR began well over a decade ago!

Starting out in agency recruitment in 2014, I quickly advanced into senior HR roles, leading talent acquisition, apprenticeships, learning & development, and performance management for major organisations such as Rolls-Royce, ITP Aero UK, a national healthcare provider to the NHS and a multi-academy trust. I also hold a voluntary role as member of the Corporation Board at my local college for workforce development 💼

My goal? To protect and support businesses with people-focused HR solutions to attract, manage, retain, and grow their workforce 🙌

After earning my CIPD Level 7 Diploma in Strategic People Management, I recently achieved Chartered Fellow status, the highest accolade awarded by the CIPD. Now, I use my expertise to empower businesses with bespoke HR strategies, compliance solutions, and workforce development support ⚡

Interesting fact? I'm a former British Champion in Ice Skating and when I'm not working with clients, I coach at my local ice rinks and train as a professional pairs skater lifting, spinning and throwing my partner Evie ⛸️
