The Role: Maintenance Assistant

As Maintenance Assistant, you’ll provide hands-on practical support across the site, ensuring the safety and upkeep of Condover Hall’s buildings, grounds, and facilities. You’ll work both independently and as part of the wider operations team, contributing to the smooth running of the centre and the safety of our guests and staff.

Key responsibilities:

Site maintenance & repairs to include painting & decorating.
Investigate and resolve maintenance issues reported by guests or staff.
Carry out repairs and upkeep to a high standard, prioritising safety and compliance.
Support external contractors working on site projects.
Maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces to ensure readiness and safety.
