We are looking for a customer service advisor to support one of the UK’s largest shutter companies. The business is growing rapidly, and this success is largely due to the quality of the products and first-class customer service.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing workforce, in a fun and social environment, with lovely views over Hove Lagoon.
Working hours are Monday - Friday 09.00 - 17.30 or 09.30 - 18.00 plus 2 Saturday’s a month 10.00 - 16.00.

The Role:
· Providing fantastic customer service via telephone, email, social media and online messaging
· Ensuring data is logged and managed correctly on CRM system
· Resolving customer complaints, swiftly and effectively
· Providing expert advice to ensure all customers feel confident with their purchase
· Liaise with sales teams to arrange installations and manage customer expectations
· General administrative duties as required

1 full time and 1 part time recruitment administrator / resourcer required.

We are looking for a proactive and flexible individual with strong administrative skills. It is essential that the candidate is confident at picking up the phone dealing with all enquiries as well as managing a varied and busy workload. Must be able to effectively prioritise to meet teams and business’s needs. Successful candidate will be supporting the team in all recruitment and resourcing duties.

There is 1 full time permanent position and a part time ongoing temporary position working 19-21 hours per week Mon and Tuesday 8:30 – 5:30 or 9-5 and Wednesday 8.30 – 1.30 paying £9.50 per hour. Offices based in Brighton close to the Level.

Main duties:
- Being first point of call for both clients and candidates for all enquiries via email and telephone
- Managing team diaries, monitoring branch and team emails
- Reformatting documents such as candidates’ CVs, this requires strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Resourcing candidates - Searching job boards and internal databases for candidates, qualifying candidates who have applied for roles and managing their expectations
- Write, place and update job adverts
- Managing and maintaining database – data entry, running reports, preparing for audits, ensuring all information is up to date and correct
- Staying in touch with candidates maintaining a working relationship
- Creating marketing material such as creative writing around candidate profiles
- Sending out new starter packs via Adobe Sign updating these onto the database ensuring candidates are compliant with GDPR and Legislation
- Occasional organising of events, organising logistics, booking venues, catering, sending invites to clients, ensuring everything runs smoothly
- Managing social media platforms
- Identify leads for the team
- General office duties such as stationary orders, dealing with IT
- Supporting team with a wide variety of tasks as and when requested

Small company based in Brighton require an Office Manager to join their team, £25,000 - £30,000 per annum. Full time role working Monday to Friday, 9-5pm.

This is a varied role where you will be supporting up to 10 staff with the following:
- Coordinate with other office staff on administration support
- Organise and arrange meetings and ensure minutes and actions are completed and monitored
- Manage both national and international travel and accommodation for staff
- Collating expenses claims and company bank card statements
- Answering phone, collecting and sorting of the daily post, managing office consumables and document management/archiving
- Experience of bookkeeping such as invoice processing/approval/coding and experience of accounting software such as Xero

Flexibility, a team player, ability to work in a quiet, heads down environment and small office is essential. Must be happy working alone frequently as senior staff are out on business matters or working remotely.

We are looking for a Customer Services Administrator for a client based in Lewes, East Sussex. This is a full time permanent position paying £18,000 per annum.

Duties include:
- Answer incoming calls, re-directing calls and taking messages when required
- Dealing with sales orders
- Maintaining efficient and friendly relationships with customers
- Helping to ensure that customers orders are picked correctly on the system and monitor stock

Skills required:
- PC Knowledge, e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook and ability to learn and use new in-house systems
- An efficient and friendly telephone manner.
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Needs to demonstrate the ability to be a team player as well as work on an individual basis.
- Ability to plan and prioritise their day to day workload to meet deadlines.
- The ability to review and resolve issues.
