Key Responsibilities:

- Proactively generate leads, develop new business, and convert opportunities into sales through calls, marketing campaigns, and client outreach.

- Complete training and CII qualifications, including mandatory Broker Assess modules, in line with FCA requirements.

Skills & Experience Required:

- Proven experience in sales or business development, with a strong record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting business relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Self-motivated, driven, and tenacious with a proactive approach to success.
- Confident working independently and managing your own workload effectively.
- Previous experience within insurance, financial services, or recruitment would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Keen to develop a career in the insurance sector and willing to work towards your CII qualification.

Responsibilities:

- Responding too new enquiries, booking appointments, fact finding and establishing client needs.

​An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and ambitious Property Manager to join a highly respected independent property organisation managing a mixed portfolio of residential block and commercial properties across Sussex and the surrounding areas.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop into a future team leadership and management position as the business continues to grow. Following successful completion of probation, support will also be provided towards relevant professional industry qualifications, helping you further develop your expertise and career within the property management sector.

Working within a supportive small and experienced team, you will be responsible for delivering a high level of service to clients whilst managing a varied and interesting portfolio.

Responsibilities:

- Managing a portfolio of residential block and commercial properties.
- Acting as the main point of contact for leaseholders, tenants, landlords, directors and contractors.
- Conducting regular site inspections and preparing detailed reports.
- Organising and attending client meetings and AGMs where required.
- Managing maintenance issues and overseeing contractors to ensure works are completed to a high standard.
- Preparing and managing service charge budgets in conjunction with the accounts team.
- Monitoring expenditure and authorising invoices within agreed budgets.
- Managing insurance claims and compliance matters.
- Overseeing Section 20 consultations and major works projects where required.
- Ensuring properties remain compliant with all current legislation and health & safety requirements.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Responding to enquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.

The successful candidate will have:

- Previous experience within Block Property Management, Commercial Property - Management or a mixed portfolio role.
- Strong knowledge of service charges, property legislation and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage a busy and varied workload effectively.
- Confident conducting site visits and client meetings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems -Dwellent/TRAMPS.
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential.
