Next Step Apprenticeships is recruiting for a Nursery Practitioner Apprentice to join a welcoming and nurturing nursery in Brighton & Hove.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about working with young children to gain hands-on childcare experience while working towards a recognised Early Years qualification.

Requirements:
• Genuine passion for working with young children
• Friendly, patient and caring personality
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, punctual and willing to learn
• English and Maths GCSEs at Grade C/4 or above

Responsibilities:
• Support children’s learning and development through play
• Assist with activities in line with the EYFS
• Help create a safe, stimulating environment
• Support children with mealtimes, hygiene and daily routines
• Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues

What a brilliant achievement for Lizbeth!

After completing her Level 3 Childcare qualification, Lizbeth shared some lovely feedback about her experience and the support she received throughout her apprenticeship.

She gave a special thank you to Laura Tuly-Green, her Skills Coach, for her patience, encouragement and continued support throughout her journey:

“A big thank you to Laura Tully-Green, my Level 3 Tutor in Childcare, for all her great support throughout my apprenticeship. She was always very patient and understanding, and she took the time to explain things clearly when I was unsure. She is a very caring and motivating tutor.

I would highly recommend Laura as a tutor to anyone studying childcare. She has so much knowledge and is very supportive and caring towards her learners.

What an amazing achievement for Rumana! 🌟

After completing her Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification, Rumana shared some lovely feedback about her experience with Next Step Apprenticeships.
