Working Together - Congo “Working Together” with Congo Action, we are providing for the education of children in the Demo

Years of civil war and violence in the Democratic Republic of Congo have had a devastating effect on the economic situation of millions of Congolese. The result has been chronic poverty, poor health, lack of employment and lack of opportunities for economic growth. Many people, including former child soldiers, have little or no education or training to be able to make a living for themselves.

orking Together” with local community groups and Congolese NGO’s we will set up training initiatives for unemployed young people and poor men and women to learn practical skills and work towards earning a sustainable income by self-sufficient means.
