This week, Jeanette and Jo had the privilege of visiting the incredible Oasis Academy Henderson Avenue for an Assessment Only visit, where they witnessed the power of collaboration and growth firsthand! 🌟
As they walked the corridors, they were thrilled to reconnect with familiar faces, including a current trainee thriving in their initial placement, a trainee from last year who got a job at the school, a talented trainee who's been making a difference for four years in the school, and a previous trainee who's now empowering others as a School Based Mentor! 🌈 The ripple effect of positive change is truly inspiring! 💪

✨ Another wonderful week welcoming our trainee teachers into the profession!
One of many focusses this week was around Rosenshine; research based strategies that all teachers should know.
