We’re excited to share something we’ve been working on behind the scenes at Ariscent Support 👏
We’ve been collaborating with The Behaviour Clinic to create a bespoke trauma-informed training package tailored specifically for our agency staff.

This is something Nicky and Martyn feel strongly about.
Having worked alongside The Behaviour Clinic in previous roles, we’ve seen first-hand the difference trauma-informed practice makes — for both the individuals and families we support, and the confidence of our staff teams.

A big thank you to Barney Huxtable for his dedication and expertise. His commitment to embedding meaningful, practical trauma-informed approaches truly aligns with our values 👏
