Ariscent is recruiting compassionate, reliable and experienced Children’s Residential Support Workers for agency work across Cardiff and surrounding areas.

We’re looking for dedicated support workers who are passionate about supporting children and young people in safe, nurturing residential settings using a trauma-informed approach.

👥 What we require from you:

✔ Social Care Wales registered
✔ Minimum 6 months’ experience working in children’s residential/social care
✔ Experience working within Cardiff and the surrounding areas is highly desirable
✔ Aged 21 or over
✔ Right to work in the UK
✔ Full UK driving licence
✔ 2 references

What a great day yesterday at the Bridgend Job Fair for Team Ariscent, right here in our home town! 🙌

We received really positive feedback from the Bridgend Employability Team about our engagement with the public, and it was fantastic to see so much interest throughout the day.
