Some job application decisions are pretty clear cut, while others? Not so much! 👀

It was a unanimous vote on the picture debate at JGR, but when it comes to formatting, experience and everything in between, there isn’t always one right answer.

It all depends on the role and how you sell yourself!

We are here to help make your application process as successful as possible 💕

The interview isn’t over when the interview stops asking the questions, it actually starts again when they say “Do you have any questions?” 👀

Asking the right questions at the end shows curiosity, confidence and that you’re genuinely thinking about the role.

Save these 3 questions for your next interview and leave a lasting impression!

1) How would you support opportunities for professional development within this role

2) What makes people exceptional within this role?

3) What would the immediate responsibilities or projects be within this position?

The truth is in recruitment different companies have different cultures and value different things! Our advice is always be yourself, showcase your experience and qualifications and you’ll align yourself with the right company for you 🩷

AI can make a CV sound polished, but that doesn’t always make it a better application…

We’re seeing more AI generated applications and the ones that really stand out are often the ones that give us something real. Specific experience, actual examples and a sense of the person behind the CV.

Because if AI makes everyone sound impressive, how do you make sure recruiters can still hear your voice?
