We are recruiting a Customer Service Administrator for our client in Aberdare.
You will manage customer complaints from start to resolution, ensuring excellent service and compliance with company procedures.
Responsibilities
Handle complaints via phone, email, and online platforms
Investigate issues relating to furniture products, delivery, and service
Liaise with suppliers, warehouses, and retailers to resolve cases
Maintain accurate records and provide customer updates
Assess warranty claims and arrange repairs, replacements, or credits
Identify recurring issues and support service improvements
Requirements
Previous customer service or complaints handling experience
Furniture or retail experience preferred
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to handle difficult situations professionally
Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook and Excel

Hours:
Monday – Thursday: 08:45 – 17:00
Friday: 08:45 – 15:45
