Do you want to help us create amazing memories?

We are looking for team to join us here at Parkdean Ruda, Croyde in our beach cafe located right on the slipway to our amazing beach.

From serving up our mouth watering Bubble Waffles, crepes and ice-creams we also have an amazing food offering of Smash burgers, hot dogs and dirty fries!

What’s a UK holiday without great fish and chips? Work a few shifts in one of our chippies and you’ll soon realise just how important it is in inspiring those holiday happy smiles.

What you will be doing...

🍟As our new Chippery Chief, you’ll have a positive mind-set, be a great motivator and love getting stuck in. This means:

🎣Taking a ‘hands on’ approach in the production of menu items during service.
Ensuring the quality of food production and presentation is maintained to company standard.

🍟Training and developing the fish and chip shop team.

🎣Monitoring stock levels and working with nominated suppliers to ensure best value.

🍟Having strict control and security of stocks.

🎣Setting, monitoring, and maintaining opening and closing procedures.

🍟Ensuring all policies and procedures are adhered to including health and safety, hygiene, and cleanliness.
