A lovely family of four, with two children aged 4 years and a baby, is looking for an experienced Live-In Housekeeper to join their household on a rota basis.

The family has a sole-charge nanny and another housekeeper, so you will be working as part of a professional household team alongside other household staff.

Main Duties:

General housekeeping and maintaining the home to a high standard
Cleaning and tidying throughout the house
Hoovering all areas and mopping floors
Cleaning bathrooms and maintaining them to a high standard
Washing and ironing
Loading and unloading the dishwasher
Emptying bins
Changing and making beds
Replacing towels and toilet paper in the bathrooms
Tidying living areas
Assisting with the children when required, particularly if the nanny has an emergency or personal appointment

Requirements:

Previous experience working as a housekeeper in a private household
High standards of cleaning and attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Flexible, reliable and discreet
Comfortable working alongside other household staff
Willingness to provide occasional childcare support when required
