Happy Professional Care Workers' Week!

This week marks Professional Care Workers' Week, organised by The Care Workers' Charity (CWC) to support Care Workers all across the country.
CWC was founded in 2009 with the objective of supporting current and former care workers with one-off crisis grants.

Here at Halcyon, we have met some incredible Care Workers in our time, who are a daily inspiration to us. We are so lucky to work within such a wonderful, hardworking industry.

Thank you to each and every amazing care professional in every sector, that dedicates their time to supporting and empowering the most vulnerable in our society with exceptional care and compassion.

We are actively seeking a Care Home Manager to oversee one of their beautiful CQC homes in Essex, with a well-established team.
Are you an experienced Team Leader looking for your next career move or a Deputy Home Manager who has a passion for delivering high quality care and support to people with Dementia, then this could be just the role for you.

What Our Client is Offering in Return:
- Competitive salary of £54,000 – £60,000 per annum. Depending on experience.

 Strong knowledge of CQC requirements, relevant regulations, legislation and standards.
 Great personality with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
 Registered Nurse Certification is desired, although not essential.
