Great feedback like this is always appreciated 🙌

I recently supported a candidate through their interview process — and they secured success at their very first interview 👏

I applied for a role through this agency and was successful at my first interview. Helen was absolutely fantastic — she guided me through the right techniques, offered clear support, and was both passionate and professional throughout. I would definitely recommend this company!

For me, it’s not just about placing people into roles. It’s about making sure candidates are fully prepared, confident, and aligned with the opportunity — which ultimately leads to better outcomes for both the individual and the business.

This is exactly why taking the time to properly brief, coach, and support candidates makes such a difference to the hiring process.

Thank you Carla for the kind words — it really does mean a lot.

If you're a business looking to improve your hiring process or secure the right engineering talent, feel free to reach out.

And if you're a candidate considering your next move, I’m always happy to have a confidential chat.
