Business Support Lead
Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Business Support Lead to join our small team of staff in our head office in Bradford, to help with office support, shift bookings, administration and compliance work on a daily basis. This role is a full time role.

Duties & Responsibilities
As the Business Support Lead , you will have a case load allocated to you for managing your own clientele, in terms of shift and rota coordination, reporting to the Registered Manager and Operations Lead.
Responsible for managing the pre- employment checking process which includes obtaining all relevant employment documentation checks in a timely manner before their expected start date. This includes references, OH clearance, DBS disclosure, right to work information, professional registration details, risk assessments and any other requirements as stipulated by UNB Health Limited
Responsible for managing the ongoing employment compliance process by following up on the renewal of various registrations. This to include DBS disclosure, right to work information, professional registration details and occupational health clearance, references and follow up on references
Responsible for managing the organization’s induction booking processes, ensuring training is up to date and those that need training have been booked on the relevant training.
Ongoing support to new candidates and or regular staff working for the organization.
Manage all stakeholders including hiring managers, external suppliers and ensure that excellent customer service is provided at all times
Pro-actively seek to mitigate any potential delays in processing candidates / employee files an seek solutions
Conduct audits on a regular basis, e.g. DBS, professional registration, mandatory training, references and Immigration.
Maintain any systems that monitor the ongoing HR compliance of the workforce.
Any other duties required for the provision of an effective on boarding of staff to the organization.
Skills and Experience
Good level of education
Computer literate - Word / Excel is essential.
Experience in care is very desirable.
Administration experience preferred, though not necessarily desirable.
Maintain a high standard of practice in accordance with company policy and procedure.
Perform and maintain accurate administration.
Good verbal and nonverbal communication skills
High level of attention to detail
Organizational skills
