This is a rare opportunity to join a forward thinking business as their Sales Support Administrator.
They provide Commercial Training to a variety of clients across the UK and Worldwide.
This role would suit somebody with strong graphics and marketing skills as there will a requirement to collaborate , design and produce marketing materials as well as support with tenders , training material and general admin documents
Whilst happy for the right candidate to work from home . ideally you will be within an easy commute of Woking where the team are based , you will be very much part of a team and they do get together regularly.
Reporting directly into the MD this is a pivotal role

This role has an impact on the delivery of high quality client programmes through excellent materials, content creation, administration and client service support.
THE ROLE
PRODUCTION OF MATERIALS
Creative design work using advanced graphics
Creation of new content (decks, workbooks, etc.)
Conversion of materials for virtual sessions – heavy emphasis on advanced graphics and use of images
Working to tight deadlines – fast turnaround of decks
Identifying new tools and using new software to enhance digital delivery
Fast, accurate keyboard skills
Maintain knowledge and up to date skills on new ways of working (e.g. use of whiteboards, other graphics etc.)
Able to use video and other tools to produce clips and to include in training and presentation materials
SUPPORTING SALES & BD COLLEAGUES
Production of proposals and tenders using advanced graphics and design formats
Bringing ideas to sales to improve tenders/proposals
Liaising with clients to schedule events
Liaising with trainers to schedule delivery dates
Managing the schedule on central system
Keeping the CRM system updated
Providing Sales with evaluation reports and related client content and materials
Running all supporting activities (e.g. questionnaires, LPIs etc, checking cohorts, recording metrics
Following up clients (freeing up sales people to develop business) and managing client interaction
SOCIAL MEDIA
Maintain presence on all social media platforms
Proactively support the business and BD colleagues through e.g. LinkedIn directly, personally and through creation of content
Work alongside marketing and BD colleagues (e.g. production of short video clips and other media/articles for circulation with graphics and creative format) to provide content to drive campaigns and increase our profile on social media
CLIENT LIAISON
Work with clients alongside and independently of the team to take pressure off the BD team
Build strong client relationships and a recognised professional service
Be familiar with Natural Business Development, the four phases and how they apply in the role of Sales Support
Deal with client/customer queries or problems and seek to resolve them, if possible, before escalating to Business Development/Sales or Management
Working with clients and BD to ensure smooth running of all events and delivery (virtual and face to face)
Working hand in hand with the sales teams
(Future: booking venues, travel etc if the situation requires)
(Future: production of printed materials if/when required)
TRAINER LIAISON
Work closely with trainers in the production of materials, scheduling of training sessions and in ensuring that all materials are received from trainers (when required) and that all trainers are up to date with our content (when required)
Rehearse using virtual platforms to ensure that trainers are fully competent in the delivery of virtual sessions
Have the confidence of trainers as a moderator and support specialist
ADMINISTRATION AND PROCESSES
Be the first point of contact for clients, prospects and enquiries
Provide excellent customer service (telephone, email, other incoming/outgoing communication)
Work with Finance and BD colleagues to ensure that all programmes are booked, scheduled, set up with appropriate purchase orders, booking confirmation and invoices raised – directly or alongside finance
Who is an excellent communicator – able to manage complex projects and keep colleagues informed, stay on top of their work and have strong project management skills.
THE PERSON
Has strong creative, graphics and software skills and who relishes bringing creative ideas to proposals, tenders, programmes, workbooks and in all that goes into pre and post delivery including use of metrics and KPIs and new, innovative ways of evaluating.
Has excellent attention to detail, able to proof and edit to highest standards – being proactive in coming back to BD on issues that may occur.
Can prioritise their work and manage complex work without close supervision or direction
Is confident in moderating on a wide range of software platforms (e.g. Zoom, GTM, Webex) and able to handle technical issues that may arise.
Can work accurately at speed, often under pressure, able to handle high volume of work and tight deadlines
Is proactive and has a growth/curious mindset – looking out for and researching new features and different ways to support our programmes (e.g. software, new technology, new methods, new content)
Is open to trying out new ways of working and sharing these with the team
