This is an exciting opportunity for a First Response Claims Handler to join an established credit hire association based in Uxbridge.

As a First Response Claims Handler, you will be assessing claims received from customers and managing the process by liaising with various parties to ensure claims are valid.

Key Responsibilities

- Assess claims from customers and provide a hire vehicle whilst maintaining excellent customer service levels

- Review circumstances of road traffic incidents and investigate the severity of vehicle’s damages

- Liaise with several parties to assist with investigations

- Ensure company’s guidelines are established and adhered to

Requirements

- Previous experience in a similar role particularly within the credit hire/motor insurance industry

- Strong customer service background with excellent telephone manner

- Good sales and negotiation skills

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
