NEW ROLE: SOFTWARE DEVELOPER

Accountabilities and responsibilities:
To understand the client and internal stakeholder needs, research and develop solutions in response to the business and technical requirements received.
Identify and mitigate potential risks to our company during development of software.
To design and write program specifications which meet the functionality requirements of the business.
Create and maintain working application solutions using appropriate tools and techniques.
Provide second and third-line support of live software developed by the team.
To assist with the continuous improvement of development and upgrades to existing systems.
To assist in establishing and the continuous improvement of processes, tools, and methodology

Required competencies:
C # .NET Web Application Development
SQL Server 2008 or higher.
HTML5, MVC4/5
AngularJS / JavaScript
Experience of SVN (or similar source control).
IIS Web Site administration.
Client/Server Application Security

Assessment Day! How often do you get to try A role before you start and get paid!?

Assessment Breakdown:

The open day will start at 9am and finish at 4pm.
You would need to aim for at LEAST 5 sales or more.
There will be 1.5 hours training between 9am and 10:30am.
The training will include a welcome, introduction and overview – 10 mins
Script handout and spec – 30 mins
Objection Handling Sheet – 10 mins
Role play in pairs – 20 mins
System Training – 20 mins
There will be a 30 min lunch
You will be paid with a £10 Love2shop Voucher per hour - this means you won’t get taxed or taxed as a second income should you currently be working elsewhere.
