After winning ‘Best Recruitment Business’ at the England’s Business Awards 2025, we are absolutely over the moon to have now been awarded ‘Construction Recruitment Agency of the Year’ at the Prestige Awards.

Before Christmas, Kate and the crew at FCR were out on site delivering festive gifts to our dedicated workers and valued clients 🤝🎁

It was a small way for us to say thank you for the hard work, trust, and support that made 2025 such a rewarding year. We truly appreciate everyone who has played a part in the FCR journey so far.

From starting out as a small family-run recruitment business to now working with fantastic clients and candidates Nationally — we couldn’t be prouder of what’s been built.

✅ At least 3 years’ groundworks experience
