Abby Services Ltd. are recruiting for the following position of Pre-Pack Line Supervisor
Job Title: Supervisor
Working hours: Mon-Fri, 40 hours per week, overtime available
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Mansfield / Bilsthorpe area (Nottinghamshire)
Wages: £14.75 per hour up to 40 hours, overtime available
Key responsibilities:
Daily start up and Glass and Plastic sheets done correctly and on time on AFP
Ensuring all products from the machine are packed/sealed/with the correct print and traceability and
within legal parameters in both weight and quality
Monitor/communicate/report progress, downtime and staffing to Pre-pack Team leader
Report issues to Pre-pack team leader and Maintenance in a timely manner through either face to face or
by the Factory Whatsapp groups
Pro-actively communicate with staff, Line leaders, Team leaders and Managers
Pro-actively support continuous improvements
Always maintain a high standard of housekeeping and GMP
Support end of shift Hygiene needs by ensuring staff are compliant with the planned "Clean Down"
Meet all GMP and H&S Targets
Follow and complete the production plan in line with the current bag rates.
Take on any other duties as required or what is deemed necessary for the needs of the business
