We’re recruiting for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a growing, forward-thinking business offering £52,200 per year, working a 4 on / 4 off rotating shift pattern (7am–7pm / 7pm–7am). This is a hands-on role where you’ll carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a wide range of machinery, support continuous improvements, and work closely with production teams to keep operations running smoothly.
You’ll be joining a company that genuinely invests in its engineers, offering training and development (including recognised electrical and PLC courses), a £300 welcome bonus, and a site-wide bonus scheme. We’re looking for a friendly and organised Reception / Administrator to join a busy team.

The role will include:
• Meeting and greeting visitors
• Answering calls and general admin
• Processing memberships and updating databases
• Website and brochure administration
• Customer service calls
• Post, event badges and general office duties
• Supporting with invoices, credit control and holiday cover when required

The ideal candidate will have good communication, English, maths and ICT skills, basic Word & Excel knowledge, and be confident working both independently and as part of a team.

🚨 PART-TIME QUALITY ASSURANCE – FOOD MANUFACTURING 🚨
📍 Location: Cheese Processing Factory based near Wainfleet, Skegness
🕒 Part-Time: Mon to Fri approx. 2pm until production finishes (usually 6–7pm)
📅 Flexible hours during quieter production periods
We are recruiting for an experienced QA professional to join a busy food manufacturing environment.
You will work closely with the Technical and Production teams, ensuring high standards of food safety, quality and compliance are maintained throughout production.
🔎 Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Factory and production quality inspections
✔️ HACCP, GMP/GHP and food safety checks
✔️ Allergen and cross-contamination controls
✔️ Product, weight, packaging and labelling checks
✔️ Traceability and non-conformance management
✔️ Hygiene and environmental monitoring
✔️ QA documentation and record keeping
✔️ Supporting audits, investigations and corrective actions
👤 You will need:
✅ Minimum 5 years' QA/Technical experience within food manufacturing
✅ Level 2 Food Safety in Manufacturing (or equivalent)
✅ Good knowledge of HACCP and food safety
✅ Experience with GMP/GHP inspections and auditing
✅ Strong understanding of allergens and traceability
✅ Excellent attention to detail and confidence to challenge where standards are not met
Experience within cheese, dairy or chilled food manufacturing would be an advantage.
This is an experienced QA position and is not suitable for entry-level applicants.

We’re recruiting for a Temporary Prepared Produce Operative to work with our client in Boston until 23rd December.

💷 £13.39 per hour
📅 5 days out of 6 – Sunday to Friday
⏰ Shifts change weekly:
• AM – 7am–3:30pm
• MID – 10am–6:30pm
• PM – 12pm–8:30pm

The role involves working with fresh produce, including hand cutting, using machinery, weighing products and handling bags of produce up to 20kg.

⚠️ Candidates must be available to work all shift patterns and be comfortable with physical work.
