📍 Registered Manager – Badgworth, Axbridge (BS26)

💷 Base salary £46,202.89 with the opportunity to earn up to £53,402.89 through bonuses

✨ Benefits include:
✔️ 30 days annual leave including Bank Holidays
✔️ £2,000 car allowance
✔️ Ofsted bonuses – £1,000 for ‘Outstanding’ and £500 for ‘Good’
✔️ Full occupancy bonus – earn £175 per child after the first placement
✔️ On-call payments:
• Mon-Fri: £10 per day
• Sat-Sun: £50 per day

There are some days that just fill your cup, and Sunday was definitely one of them. 💛

Attending the W I L D & W I L D Wild & Wild Wellness Event in Cheshire was such a beautiful experience. Seeing so many familiar faces, reconnecting with old friends, and sharing the day with such a lovely community was exactly what my soul needed.

In a world that often feels so busy, it was refreshing to slow down, connect, laugh, chat and simply be present with one another. There is something truly magical about bringing people together and creating a space where everyone feels welcome.

I left feeling grateful, inspired and reminded of how important community really is. ✨

🎨✨ Doing something a little different… ✨🎨

Last Thursday, I went along to a Sip & Paint event with my lovely friend and financial advisor , and it was exactly what I needed.

Life can get busy. Between running a business, supporting clients and candidates, and juggling family life, it’s easy to get caught up in the day-to-day and forget to make time for yourself.

There’s something really therapeutic about picking up a paintbrush, having a laugh, and getting lost in being creative for a couple of hours. No emails, no phone calls, no to-do lists – just good company, a bit of painting, and the chance to switch off.

It reminded me how important it is to find little things that help us relax and reset. They don’t have to be big or expensive – just something that gives your mind a break from everyday stresses.

By the end of the night, Avi and I were convinced our masterpieces deserved a spot in an art gallery 😂🎨. It was such a lovely way to switch off, have a laugh, and recharge after a busy week.

Forever grateful that I’ve built a business that allows me to be present for the moments that matter most 🤍

School runs, sports days, cuddles when they’re poorly, and making memories while still chasing my own goals. It’s not always easy balancing motherhood and business, but having the freedom to work around my children is something I’ll never take for granted.

To be able to grow a career while raising my babies at the same time… that’s the real success for me ✨
