๐ Diversity in the workplace is about more than where we come from, itโs about what we learn from each other.
Today, my colleague Kim Leitao introduced me to something completely new, pink tea! ๐ซ๐
Coming from Africa, this wasnโt something I had experienced before, and it was such a simple but lovely reminder of what working in a diverse environment can bring.
Different cultures mean different traditions, foods, languages, perspectives and experiences. When we take the time to share them with each other, the workplace becomes more than just somewhere we come to work, it becomes somewhere we can learn, connect and understand each other better.
Sometimes diversity looks like different ideas around a meeting table.
And sometimesโฆ it looks like a cup of pink tea! ๐โ
