Telesales Executives – Financial Services
Summary
Our client is a successful debt management business, looking to recruit competent telesales executives. The ideal candidate will be a courteous, receptive and engaging individual. Being able to build trust and develop relations with others are key aspects of the role. We therefore seek a person with a pro-active social attitude, using persuasive communication skills to build relations over the telephone, and pass qualified leads onto advisers
Primary requirements
Possess an excellent telephone manner, being able to build rapport over the telephone.
Ability to listen to, and take note of, client problems and then refer to one of a trained agent.
Have the ability to work professionally and competently.
Ability to work well in a team.
The ability to problem solve
Be target driven. Our client offers a full range of debt solutions from informal to formal arrangements and provides a prompt professional service that's all about finding the most suitable solution for individuals.
Training will be provided.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
1. Basic reading, writing, arithmetic and IT skills required.
2. Ability to listen to and respond and to others. .
3. Maintaining a professional manner and providing a positive company imaWorking conditions are normal for an office environment. 37 hours per week. Starting salary £15,000 plus commission
