Workforce are delighted to have partnered with a leading Melksham based Furniture Manufacturer, who has been a benchmark of British furniture for nearly 70 years. They have an urgent requirement for talented Track Upholsterers to join their team.
With roles available across various departments, they are looking for experienced Fabric and Leather Upholsterers with buttoning and finishing experience.

What’s in it for you…
Early Shifts: Monday to Thursday 6am – 2pm, Friday 6am-1pm, Late Shifts: Monday to Thursday 2pm-10:30pm, Friday 1pm-6pm
Competitive weekly pay at £12 per hour + bonuses
£300 Initial Accommodation Support Allowance – paid to landlord following successful skills test
£700 welcome handshake after week one
£100 each week for the next 8 weeks
£50 per week ongoing accommodation support allowance throughout the temp to perm period
£300 retention bonus after 6 months
What we need from you…
- Skilled Upholsterers who can hit the ground running.
- You’ll have previous experience of working in a fast-paced, furniture manufacturing environment.
- You’ll be working on a bench so previous experience in this regard is desirable. However, if you’re a proven Track Upholster who can work at pace, you’ll definitely be considered.
- A great attitude and work ethic is a must.
