Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for food, people, and delivering outstanding customer experiences?

We’re looking for a Catering Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our award-winning, NFFF-accredited fish & chip shops.

This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where you’ll:
✨ Lead and support a team of 20–30 staff
✨ Ensure smooth daily operations across multiple sites
✨ Maintain exceptional standards in food quality, service, and customer experience
✨ Drive consistency and excellence in everything we do

💼 Position: Full-time, permanent
💰 Salary: £32,000 per annum + bonus
