Hands-on Production Assembly Operator for a leading manufacturer of large grass-cutting equipment. You will work on a structured, non-powered assembly line, rotating across workstations to build high-quality machinery using engineering instructions.

Key Responsibilities
Assemble equipment using spanners, screwdrivers, and pneumatic air guns.
Torque components accurately to meet strict safety and quality standards.
Maintain a safe workspace by following safety protocols and team targets.

Requirements
Mechanical background (e.g., car mechanics, vehicle repair, or basic assembly).
Confident with tools, including hand tools, power tools, and torque wrenches.
Ability to follow step-by-step instructions with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
Set up and operate Amada CNC press brakes.
Produce sheet metal parts to drawings, tolerances and quality standards.
Work to tight deadlines, both independently and within a team.
Carry out basic care and routine maintenance on your machine.
Support other equipment/areas once trained during busy periods.
Requirements:
Proven experience operating and setting CNC press brakes (Amada preferred).
Confident reading engineering drawings and using measuring equipment.
Quality-focused, reliable and safety-conscious.

HOURS
PM Shift rota ie 1pm + onwards
