Contek Recruitment are currently looking for a part-time Data Entry Administrator to join the team as part of our Construction division.
We are a small, family-run recruitment company, based in the heart of Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands. We have been operating for almost 8 years, and are continuing to grow and develop the team. We specialise in recruitment for the Engineering and Construction industries.
๐ช๐ผ๐ฟ๐ธ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ผ๐๐ฟ๐: 15-20 hours per week (Fully Flexible - No weekends)
๐๐ผ๐๐ฟ๐น๐ ๐ฅ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ: ยฃ13.50 - ยฃ14.00 per hour
๐๐๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐ & ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐:
โข Contacting a wide range of Construction companies across the UK, and collecting the relevant contact information for future correspondence.
โข Liaising with current and potential customers over the phone on a regular basis.
โข Updating spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel, performing a strong amount of data entry tasks on a daily basis.
Updating the company social media pages, if and when required.
๐ฅ๐ฒ๐พ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐:
โข Willingness to speak to customers and clients on the phone on a regular basis, with a strong telephone manner.
โข Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) is required.
โข Proficiency using social media is desirable (not essential).
โข Ability to work part-time is required (15-20 hours per week).
โข Ability to commute to Sutton Coldfield is required.
