Let’s be honest.. every one of us despite how much we may love our roles, has that one part we don’t enjoy, that dreaded task that always comes around. For our NHS division it’s their annual audit and this year it arrived just in time for Christmas!

For those of you that aren’t familiar with a framework audit, it is an extremely rigorous process in which every aspect of our compliance is scrutinised. Leaving little to no room for error!

Before 2022 our NHS department was the one man band that is Courtney Nelson. Whilst doing a fantastic job, it took blood sweat and tears to get us all through last years audit.

Well I am pleased to say, that struggle seems nothing but a distant memory. With this years expansion of the NHS came a new level of organisation, streamlined processes and an overall more efficient operation.

Congratulations NHS for smashing your 2022 audit!! This was a result of not just the time and energy put in but the remarkable display of team work between you.

It’s amazing what’s possible with the right people around!
