Today is National Bubble Tea Day 🫧🧋

What is Bubble Tea? 🤔

Bubble tea is a Taiwanese recipe made by blending tea with milk, fruit and fruit juices, then adding tasty tapioca pearls and shaking vigorously.

All the rage over here in the UK, bubble tea has actually been a hot (or cold!) favourite in countries like China since the 1980s. 🫧

Today is "National Walking Day" 🚶🏻

Did you know that walking for 30 minutes a day or more on most days of the week is a great way to improve or maintain your overall health? 🧡

So maybe today you could take the stairs instead of the lift, get off the train or bus one stop earlier or ditch the car for that quick trip to the shop down the road?

Stick your headphones on and listen to your favourite music or podcast and get those steps in – you'll be surprised how quick the time goes by! 🎧
