It’s baby shower season again at Niyaa 👶

We recently celebrated Keeley’s promotion to Recruitment Consultant 🎉

Keeley started with us as a Trainee and has quickly become a key member of our South West Trades team, specialising in Gas and Electric.

With a 92% success rate on her permanent placements, Keeley’s been absolutely smashing it. Her hard work, strong client relationships, and talent for culture matching are a big part of why she’s done so well.

Before joining recruitment, Keeley worked at BMW on the tracks, and her smooth transition into office life has been impressive 👏

Keeley, we’re so proud of everything you’ve achieved and can’t wait to see what’s next.

We’ve recently celebrated Lexie’s promotion to Delivery Consultant 👏

She joined us at just 19, jumped straight onto a technical desk, and from day one she’s had that rare mix of grit, curiosity and work ethic you just don’t see often.

She’s the queen of pre-screening and delivers one of the best candidate experiences in the business, the amount of reviews she gets says it all.

When we asked her what she loves most about working at Niyaa, she said:
