Every year we get the whole company in a room and celebrate the people who've smashed it, not just on billings, but on who they are as teammates.

When we interviewed Fatima around 18 months ago, there was just something about her.

At the time, she was an air hostess at Emirates.

She was leaving behind one career to start from scratch in a completely different one. That takes guts.

Being a Director and running a division of more than 15 people is a full-time job.

Building one of the highest-performing desks in the business is another one.

Somehow, Kane manages both.

Everyone has an opinion when you're rolling out a new CRM.

Sales want it to work one way, operations need something different.

Then you've got to make sure it all actually works together.

Over the past year, Zack has been at the centre of our CRM migration project, one of the biggest internal projects we've taken on.

It's still a work in progress, but the progress we've made so far is a credit to the work he's put in.

Five years ago, he joined us as a shy 20-year-old. Today, he's a Senior Technical Support Officer leading major internal projects that make a real difference across the business.

Consistency doesn't always make the biggest noise.

But at Niyaa it always gets noticed

Month after month, Sam turns up, hits his KPIs, delivers for his clients and builds lasting relationships.

As our Public Sector Trades & Labour specialist across the East Midlands, he knows that getting the right people into social housing isn't just about filling jobs.

It's about earning trust and delivering every time.

That's exactly why he took home our Most Consistent award at this year's Niyaa People Awards.

This year, we swapped the annual Niyaa People BBQ & awards for something a bit different.

We jumped on a coach to Warwick, spent the morning tackling team-building challenges, discovered who gets very competitive when there's absolutely nothing on the line, and then headed to a countryside pub for our annual company awards.

Congratulations to Kevin's team, who won the team-building competition and now have the bragging rights to go with it (and a mug apparently) 🙌
