Two years ago, Hugo Reeves Recruitment was just an idea.
Today, it's a business I'm genuinely proud of.
In the last two years we've:
✅ Built a brand that's recognised nationally across the property sector.
✅ Partnered with everyone from independent consultancies through to globally recognised firms.
✅ Helped hundreds of professionals secure new opportunities across rural surveying, infrastructure, land, planning, property management, valuation and beyond.
✅ Achieved a 5-star reputation, with a large proportion of our work now coming through repeat business and referrals.
✅ Built a profitable business with sustainable growth.
But the achievement I'm most proud of isn't any of those.
From day one, we promised we'd be a value-add recruitment business.
That means doing what's right, not what's easiest.
Sometimes that means telling a client not to hire someone.
Sometimes it means advising a candidate to stay where they are.
Sometimes it means walking away from a fee altogether.
We've never wanted to be the recruiter who simply fills jobs like so many others.
We've always wanted to be the recruiter people trust.
The fact that so many clients and candidates continue to come back to us tells me we're on the right path.
To top it off, we've just completed our second-best quarter since launching!
