Urgency required - Facilities Admin clerk
Based in Atherstone
We are looking for a Facilities Service Admin Clerk to join one of our companies based in Atherstone.
Either part time or full time role, working Monday to Friday - either 8am till 1pm (this can be flexible with start time) or 9am till 2pm. 25hrs per week - 8am till 5pm 37.5hrs per week
Duties will include:
Passing invoices, ordering products.
Liasing with service providers - fire security, maintenance companies, shutter door and locks, aircon etc
Communicating with building maintenance providers via email, phone and in person.
Keeping documents and files in order
Must be able to communicate with management of all levels
Must be It literate with word, excel
Previous experience is required for this position
