Three60 Recruitment was established early in 2009, with the aim of providing a high calibre but cost-efficient proposition at a time when human capital investment in business growth was scarce. Given that the UK (and much of the world) was in the grip of the worst recession in living memory, a lot of people told us we were crazy! Whilst there might have been a grain of truth in that observation, w

e were determined to offer our clients a first-class, bespoke service, sourcing the candidates who would really make a difference to their businesses in what were very difficult times. By doing things well and keeping our promises, Three60 flourished. Fast forward to the present day and we have grown in strength and depth. We are now perfectly placed to help our clients with a different (albeit more positive) set of challenges – to seek out and secure the best talent in the market, to grow and take advantage of better economic times.
