General Manager | Gastro Pub | Solihull, Warwickshire | £52,500 basic salary with a total package of circa £65,000

What’s in it for the successful General Manager?
* Salary from £52,500

* Total package circa £65,000, including tronc and bonus

* 48-hour contract - the business structures its sites so you are not expected to exceed it

* Autonomy

* Company pension scheme

* Full-time office support on site, so the admin does not all land on your desk

* An established kitchen team and Head Chef already in place

* Part of a wider group with genuine scope to progress

Tonic are pleased to partner with our client to find a General Manager for their fresh food gastropub near Solihull. This is a country pub that takes its food seriously, with a loyal local following and a strong reputation.

Our client is looking for a natural host, someone with hospitality at their heart, visible on the floor and setting the standard for service. You will have an established kitchen behind you, on-site office support, and the backing of senior leadership. If you are the kind of operator who wants a pub to put your stamp on, this one gives you the room to do it.

What’s in it for the successful Executive Head Chef?
* Salary of £70,000 - £75,000 per annum
* Relocation package available

* Backed by a well-established catering company with a strong track record across its sites
* Genuine scope to bring creativity to a high-profile site

Tonic are pleased to partner with our client to recruit an Executive Head Chef for a prestigious site, catering for 1,400 across breakfast, lunch and dinner, with a wider catering team of 100+ and a chefs’ team of 25. This is a leadership role rather than a production role.

You won’t be on the pass every service; you’ll run the operation, develop the team, and set the standard across the site. The client is genuinely food-passionate, with strong market knowledge, and is looking for someone who thinks differently and brings real creativity to the table.

- Scope to shape the building’s service culture from day one

Tonic are pleased to partner with our client in the search for a Front of House Manager for a brand-new, high-end residential development in Manchester, opening this October.

You’ll be hands-on and visible, working hospitality-style hours including evenings and Saturdays in the early phase, with more flexibility once the building settles. This is a rare chance to build a service culture from scratch rather than inherit one.

This International Self-Care Day, we’re recognising the importance of reconnection, support and community as a wellbeing tool.

Why not put your wellbeing first today, and take a break to lace up your shoes for a walk with a friend, family member, pet or with your favourite walking playlist. Self-care can look different for everyone, but sometimes it’s as simple as putting one foot in front of the other, reconnecting with others side by side to boost your mental health, and enjoy the sunshine.

With only 3 months to go until Hospitality Action’s seventh Walk for Wellbeing this October, there’s no better time to start prioritising your health whilst supporting the hospitality industry and the people who make it so special.

We invite you to lace up your shoes, and join one of our fourteen hosted walks taking place across the UK from World Mental Health Day on Saturday 10 October, or choose to ‘Walk It Your Way’ anytime, any location, between Saturday 10 October – Sunday 25 October.

Find out more and register today by hitting the link in bio.
