🎨 PAINT SHOP OPERATIVES – POLISHING

📍 Location: Exhall, Coventry CV7
💷 Pay: £17.00–£20.00 per hour, depending on experience
⏰ Hours: Monday–Thursday, 06:00–14:30

Groomfield Recruitment are currently recruiting 2 Paint Shop Operatives (Polishing) for our client in Exhall, Coventry.

🔧 The Role:
• Paint preparation and polishing
• Paint spraying and rework
• Following detailed preparation and polishing instructions
• Using hand and power tools where required
• Completing quality/checkpoint administration
• Working independently and as part of a team
• Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
• Following all Health & Safety procedures

✅ What We're Looking For:
• Previous paint shop experience, ideally within automotive or aerospace
• Experience in vehicle polishing or paint polishing
• Hand and power tool experience is beneficial
• Good basic maths and communication skills
• A hands-on, reliable approach to work
