Kellmann Recruitment is a new recruitment consultancy that operates within the construction supplies / builders merchant market. We were founded by two experienced recruitment consultants who saw an opportunity to provide a very effective and efficient recruitment service into a market where the quality of your service or product is crucial, as is the time frame in which you ca

We provide a very specialist, consultative, value for money recruitment service to the depot networks of builders merchants, plumbing merchants, tool/plant hire, electrical wholesalers and others. Focussing specifically on the depot network, we place individuals ranging from depot based personnel to area sales people and regional/area managers. This is because we believe that whatever a person’s specific area of expertise within the construction supplies market, they will have an overall appreciation for the types of customers involved, how the market works and will have at least a basic understanding of the products you sell.
