We do this by placing the right people in your care homes. People who bring empathy, patience, understanding, and who treat every resident with the respect and dignity they deserve. It’s not just about staffing - it’s about finding people who genuinely care.
We’re also honoured to partner with organisations like our partners Dementia Friendly Recruitment and Dementia Friendly Barbers, who are doing incredible work to uplift and support those affected by dementia.
Dementia Friendly Barbers go far beyond providing a haircut. They recreate the traditional barbershop experience, bringing that warm, familiar, old-style feel into care homes. It’s a sensory, social experience that evokes memories, sparks conversation, and offers a real boost to confidence and wellbeing. For many residents, it’s not just a haircut - it’s a moment of joy and connection.
Through our partnership with Dementia Friendly Recruitment, we're proud to support care homes across the UK by helping them find carers who truly understand what it means to support someone living with dementia.
