Are you a fun, positive and outgoing person who is passionate about making a difference? We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Care Assistant to support an individual with cerebral palsy, helping them live a fulfilling, engaging and happy life.

💙 About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

🧼 Providing personal care and support with daily living.
🎨 Planning and participating in fun, engaging activities.
💊 Administering medication as required.
📝 Updating and maintaining care audits and records.
🏡 Providing domestic support to maintain a clean and comfortable environment.
😊 Bringing positivity, patience and a friendly approach to everyday care.
✅ Essential Requirements
At least 1 year of care experience.
Previous experience supporting someone with cerebral palsy.
Must be able to drive.
Must be able to reliably travel to the B31 area.
A caring, patient, reliable and proactive attitude.
A fun, positive and outgoing personality.
📅 Working Schedule

Days: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday
Hours: 7:30 am – 8:30 pm
Location: B31 area

We are looking for someone who can build a positive relationship, encourage independence and bring energy and enthusiasm to each day.

Team Locum Ltd are currently recruiting for a Senior Support Worker to support an adult female based in the B30 area.

✨Full-time hours available
✨ Mixture of days and sleep in nights (sleep in paid at the usual hourly rate- no deductions)
✨Based in B30
✨ Flexible to work around your days available

Essential Requirements
✨ Minimum 12 months previous care experience
✨ Previous senior role desired but not essential
✨ Manual driver essential
✨ Positive and encouraging mind set- must be willing to support with new starters on the package including shadowing, so they can learn the routines
✨ Good communication

Our client has specifically asked for female only care staff. Unfortuantly we do not offer sponsorship, and we would require you to have no restrictions, due to the hours being 12-13 hours long.
