Delicious salad crops, grown in Kent. Today's technology meets traditional horticultural expertise at Thanet Earth. The site is home to six vast greenhouses. Inside them are grown tomatoes, peppers and

cucumbers; the crops are destined for the shelves of some of Britain's biggest retailers. Each greenhouse is a power station too, generating electricity for the National Grid. The plants are kept warm by making use of the waste heat from cutting edge Combined Heat & Power technology which also provides the extra CO2 the plants need to grow to their potential. This means that the produce doesn't just taste delicious, it has a very low carbon footprint too. So to the consumer, you get delicious crops, grown and packed in Kent, from a grower with an excellent environmental record. Job opportunities in the greenhouse complex and packhouse. Regular long term work opportunities in a variety of roles.

We are looking for a variety of people with experience as a Food Production Operative in a Greenhouse environment for our clients in the Margate/Ramsgate/Birchington area to start work as soon as possible Benefits Include:
H&S requirements
Allergies – Please advise a Pro-Force representative or your supervisor during your induction if you have any allergies, especially bee stings, as bee’s are present in the greenhouse.
• Full time positions after trial period
• Long term assignments
• Overtime and bonuses available
• Weekly Pay
• Canteen with free tea and coffee
• Showers/lockers and changing facilities
• Uniform/PPE provided
• Monthly worker welfare meetings
• Online weekly payslips
• Monday to Saturday Starting rate £8.91 per hour rising with experience and skill
