It's outdoor, hands-on work involving general manual labour, lifting, moving and helping with day-to-day site duties.

You don't need specific experience, but you do need to be reliable, physically fit and happy getting stuck in.

You'll need:
✅ Good timekeeping and reliability
✅ To be comfortable with physical work
✅ Your own transport / reliable way of getting to site
✅ Steel toe-capped boots
