🚨 COMPLIANCE BREACH DETECTED 🚨

It has come to our attention that we failed to post a birthday message for Charlotte Harris by the required deadline.

After a full internal investigation, we can confirm the culprit was the bank holiday. Charges are pending. 🏖️

Charlotte, our Credit Control & Compliance Admin, spends her days making sure WE don't miss deadlines. The irony is not lost on us.

Punctuality. David Nunn has it. This post, less so. Meet our (very) belated April Contractor of the Month!

General Labourer David Nunn has been named Vision's Contractor of the Month for his outstanding work on the Bellway Homes Essex, Larks Place site.

David was personally nominated by his Site Manager, Jason Adams, who highlighted his work ethic, reliability and willingness to go above and beyond on site.

Jason shared the following:

"David has worked for me at Lark's place for about 14 months. Since joining, David has shown a high level of workmanship. He has learnt how to do NHBC pre-plasters, and he is always looking for the next job on site. I have never seen him slacking, he is always on time and never stops working. David is the best labourer I have had since being a Site Manager , he always goes above and beyond and is a credit to Vision Personnel, keep up the good work in finding us quality workers!"

David has been working with Vision Personnel for 14 months, setting the standard day in, day out.

He was presented on site with his certificate and £50 gift voucher by Vision’s Managing Director, Sean Hung, as a small thank you for a big contribution!

Congrats David, keep up the good work!

Kenny Barber has recently joined Vision as a Recruitment Consultant, bringing with him over 20 years of experience across a range of sales roles.

He’s focused on expanding Vision’s client base and opening doors into new areas of the construction sector.

Outside of work, Kenny’s loves to cook and considers himself quite the chef… although the team are still waiting for lunch and a batch of fresh cookies to put that to the test...
