It has been a time of change at Equation and we wanted to share an update with our community. Due to personal circumstances Kelly has stepped away from the business and we wish her nothing but happiness and success for the future. She will be missed.

As we move into 2026 we are evolving into a more flexible hybrid model with appointments available at our Bicester office and a renewed focus on being a carbon positive business. Our UK and Australian teams are now fully connected which means even stronger coverage and support for our clients and candidates.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us over the years. Change is never easy but it often clears the way for new energy, new focus and new opportunities. We are excited for what lies ahead and look forward to continuing our journey with you.

It’s been a big week for us at Equation and I wanted to share an important update.

Due to personal circumstances, Kelly has now left Equation Recruitment. She has been such a huge part of the team for many years and we genuinely wish her all the very best for the future. She will be missed.

As we move forward, we’re reshaping the business for 2026 with a more flexible hybrid model. Our Bicester office remains available for client and candidate appointments, and a good part of our team will now work remotely which supports our commitment to becoming a carbon positive operation.

We’re also strengthening the way we recruit by joining forces across our UK and Australian teams so you’ll see quicker responses, broader talent reach and even more support across every vacancy.

Thank you to everyone who continues to back us. We’ve got exciting plans for 2026 and we’re looking forward to delivering an even better service for all our clients and candidates.
