Salary: The salary is £28,000-32,000 DOE
Hours: 40 hours per week (no overtime required). Shift patterns will still be Breakfast 7-3, Day Shift 9-5, Dinner 12-8, and they will always try to accommodate the shift pattern to your preference. It is also possible if you wish that they will provide you with your own accommodation apartment, but if this happens your salary would of course be reduced to reflect this benefit.
Point to note: Although your own faith (or lack of it) is totally respected here, the venue is owned and run by a Christian Trust with a strong faith ethos, and of course you will be expected to respect the ethos there. You will notice respect and care in the way they deal with all their employees and volunteers and the care for the environment/the Country Park that you will be working in, such as sourcing much of the produce from their volunteer run walled garden the bounty of which just a few hours later will be on the diners’ plates. This is just by way of information but to be clear you will be employed on your capabilities as a chef.
If you are an experienced, dedicated, and a creative chef looking for a supportive and inspiring working environment in a beautiful rural setting our client would love to hear from you. Please submit your CV, along with a cover letter highlighting your relevant experience to [email protected]. We look forward to receiving your application.
