World Cultural Diversity Day gave us the perfect reason to come together and do one of our favourite things.... eat!

Teams in the UK and the US took part in a charity cook‑off, raising money for Swan Youth in the UK and Corral in the US. Colleagues shared dishes inspired by their cultures, all judged by our brilliant panels. In the UK, judges from Swan Youth joined us, while in the US three of our own team stepped up to the task.

Congratulations to Marcin, who took the top spot in the UK, and Kat, who won in the US. The standard was incredibly high, with real effort on display across the board.

A huge thank you to everyone who cooked, judged, donated and supported. Events like this show the power of bringing people together, celebrating diversity and giving back to the communities we work in.
