Contracts Manager – Fire Protection/Fit-Out | Annacloy

We’re working with a growing specialist contractor delivering projects across Ireland and the UK and they’re now looking to bring in an experienced Contracts Manager to support their expansion.

This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing multiple live projects across passive fire protection, industrial coatings and construction works.

The Role
• Manage multiple contracts from pre-start to completion
• Lead site teams, subcontractors and suppliers
• Act as key point of contact for clients
• Drive projects to be delivered on time, within budget and to spec
• Work closely with QS on costs, variations and performance

What they’re looking for
• Proven experience in a Contracts Manager / Senior Site Manager / Project Manager role
• Strong construction background across multiple projects
• Ideally experience in fire protection (fire doors, fire stopping, intumescent coatings)
• OR a solid fit-out / joinery background
• Commercially aware with strong leadership skills
