A great day out at the Slieve Donard Hotel.

After a day of presentations, problem solving and a bit of healthy competition, it was time to put the work chat to bed and enjoy some well earned downtime.

The day was really about bringing the teams across the group together, getting to know each other better and fostering collaboration. Although, judging by some of the faces in the morning, some enjoyed their downtime too much🍻😂

Plenty of good conversations, plenty of craic and a big thanks to everyone who got involved and made it a brilliant day!

Same time next year?

Apparently, we need to talk about iced coffee. ☕

Not the coffee itself.

The fact that someone might bring one to a job interview.

Yes, really.

There’s currently a whole debate about whether turning up to an interview with an iced coffee is:

☕ A perfectly normal thing to do

🚩 A sign you’re taking the interview too casually

😎 A confident "this is just who I am" move

🤔 Or something nobody should care about in the first place

We have questions.

If you turn up with an iced latte, but absolutely smash the interview... does the latte still count against you?

And what happens if it’s a really good iced latte?

Who knew this would become a recruitment issue, but apparently it is, so here we are.

So, Facebook....

Would you bring an iced coffee to an interview?

And more importantly...

Would you judge someone for bringing one?

We’re ready for the comments. 👀
